// ABOUT CLARIUS

Built for the obligation no one wanted to deal with.

Mandatory AASB S2 climate reporting. Prepared by agents. Signed off by you.

Australian mid-market companies face a new mandatory obligation — and the existing paths to meeting it are broken. Hire a Big 4 firm and spend $50–100K+ on advisory fees, manual data collection, and a report that may not hold up under limited assurance. Or buy a carbon accounting platform and discover it stops at the emissions number, leaving the actual disclosure work — materiality, scenario analysis, the report, assurance coordination, lodgement — entirely to you.

Clarius was built to run the whole obligation.

The model

We call it Job-as-a-Service. AI agents do the heavy lifting across a nine-gate compliance workflow — gap analysis, materiality assessment, emissions ingestion, risk scenario analysis, report generation, external assurance coordination, director sign-off, and ASIC lodgement. Your team holds judgment and approval at every gate that carries liability.

This isn't a dashboard you configure. It's a workflow that delivers. The audit trail — every gate transition, every approval, every declaration — is built in from day one, designed to satisfy ASSA 5010 limited assurance requirements before your auditors ask.

Built for Group 2 and Group 3

Group 2 entities — those with revenue over $500M, assets over $1B, or more than 500 employees — face their first mandatory lodgement in October 2026. Group 3 entities follow from 2027. Clarius is priced and designed for mid-market scale: one annual fee based on your ASRS group, no hourly billing, no scope creep.

AUSTRALIAN-BUILT

Australian-built, ASRS-native

Clarius is built specifically for the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards. Every output references AASB S2 requirements directly. Director declarations are generated under the correct Corporations Act provisions — s296A(6) and, during the FY2025–2027 transitional period, the modified s1707C reasonable-steps declaration. The platform is hosted entirely on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the Australia East region.
